Terms

The agreement between you and us when you use HelloAgain, in plain words.

Draft — not yet in force. These terms are being reviewed before HelloAgain opens to everyone.

The service

HelloAgain gives you an address at helloagain.gg and a webmail to use it. It's run by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME]. We open by invitation first; you need an invite code to sign up until we open to everyone.

Plans and paying

  • Free costs nothing and comes with the storage shown on the pricing page.
  • Plus costs the monthly price on the pricing page plus VAT. You pay by the hour you have it, never more than the monthly price, and you can go back to Free at any time.
  • Extra storage on Plus is charged per GB per month, up to the limit on the pricing page.
  • Invoices are paid through our payment provider. [REFUND AND NON-PAYMENT TERMS TO BE CONFIRMED.]

What's not allowed

Sending spam or phishing, pretending to be someone else, spreading malware, breaking the law, or trying to get into accounts or systems that aren't yours.

When something goes wrong

  • Breaking the rules: we may disable your account. We tell you why. Sending stops; reading usually stays possible. You can appeal by e-mailing support@helloagain.gg and a person answers within 48 hours, with a second appeal to someone else if you disagree. Nothing is deleted while an appeal is open.
  • Storage full: just over your limit you can't send; a bit further, new mail waits with the sender. If you stay over the limit for 30 days after our first warning, the account locks until you contact support. Your mail is kept.
  • Not used for 6 months: a free account is marked inactive but keeps receiving mail. Signing in makes it active again.

Your address

Your address is yours while your account exists. After an account is deleted, its address isn't given to anyone else unless we release it ourselves.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time under Account. We wait 30 days, then delete your mail and data for good and confirm it by mail to your recovery or billing e-mail.

Changes and law

We'll tell you by mail before these terms change in a way that matters to you. [GOVERNING LAW, LIABILITY AND DISPUTES TO BE CONFIRMED.]
